After the proccal_soft.YYYYMMDD.tar.Z file has been uncompressed and
untarred, you should end up with the following modules:

The output generated by PROCCAL
is organized as follows:
CALS DIRECTORY: A directory is created when PROCCAL is run for the
first time after a PM (Preventative Maintenance) trip is made to a
GONG site, or whenever adjustments are made to the camera at the
site that results in a change in the optical alignment. All subsequent
executions of PROCCAL will use the aforementioned cals directory.
The cals directory exists as a sub-directory to a site-specific
directory that contains a file, ipermi.list, of PM dates and IPERMI
|-- SSadkTIMESTAMP.fits - (Where SS is two letter site identifier, lower case,
| and TIMESTAMP is a 12 digit year-month-day-hour-minute
| time stamp. For example: leadk200401022323.fits)
| This is the average dark image in FITS format.
|-- SScsunTIMESTAMP.fits - This is the solar image taken from the site.
|-- SSeastTIMESTAMP.fits - This is the east calibration image taken from the site.
|-- SSfltTIMESTAMP.fits - This is the flat image taken from the site.
|-- SSmagTIMESTAMP.fits - This is the magnetogram image taken from the site.
|-- SSnbcTIMESTAMP.fits - This is the narrow band correction image taken from the site.
|-- SSvmiTIMESTAMP.fits - This is the velocity/intensity/modulation image taken from the site.
|-- SSwestTIMESTAMP.fits - This is the west calibration image taken from the site.
|-- SSwlmTIMESTAMP.fits - This is the white light modulation image taken from the site.
|-- master_gap_list - List of all the images that were processed by PROCCAL, whether
| they were successfully calibrated or not.
